【ハワイで一番インパクトあり!? びっくりパンケーキ！】

やはりハネムーンで定番のハワイは常に話題になるお店が存在するのでついつい紹介したくなりますね…(笑)

写真の通り、、、なんとも強烈な青紫色！ 食べられるの…!? と、一瞬疑いたくなりますが、今このパンケーキがハワイで話題です♪
この色の正体は「UBE（ウベ）」紫芋（山芋の一種）のことです。
「ウベ・パンケーキ」（12ドル）は、ココナッツベースにペースト状にしたウベを混ぜ込んでソースに。さらにパンケーキの生地にもウベを入れて仕上げます。
想像よりもくどくなく、コーヒーにもぴったり！
山芋のもちもちした食感も日本人好みです、これ目当てに来るローカルも多いんだとか。

In this term I am going to share about 【The most surprising pancakes!】.
As you can see, the vivid color of pancake dough actually looks inedible.
“UBE (a kind of potatoes)” is the reason of its colorful appearance.
This pancake includes processed UBE, even in the sauce.
Because of its light texture, it also goes well with coffees.
Even the locals love them.
